At Power Pathway Academy™, young people don't just watch content get made — they make it.
Our interns drive every stage of production: researching guests, developing interview questions, recording on-camera conversations, and turning great interviews into compelling short-form content. They aren't observers in someone else's workflow. They are the producers. The storytellers. The voices behind the work.
Each cohort builds the program while building themselves — walking away with real production credits, professionals they've engaged, and the lived experience of creating media that matters.
