〰️ GOAL: 1M Youth & Young Adults by 2040
We Don’t Just Support Youth. We Equip Them to Lead.
Too many young people in underserved communities grow up without the financial knowledge, career exposure, creative tools, or community resources they need to build a future on their own terms. The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation exists to change that — by delivering culturally grounded programs in financial literacy, education, and career pathways that build lasting economic security and generational wealth. We don’t build programs. We build an ecosystem — one designed to meet young people where they are and move them further than they imagined possible.
01. Build the Foundation
Self-Confidence. Communication. Critical thinking and skills that last a lifetime.
02. Explore Identity & Voice
Discovering who they are and who they can become.
03. Connect to Careers
Exposure to pathways that open doors.
04. Access Higher Education
Support to pursue and persist — gap funding that makes it possible.
05. Strengthen Community
Creating environments where stability is never a barrier to opportunity.
Pathways to Opportunity
Rooted in equity, access, and empowerment — building toward a bold goal: empower 1 million youth and young adults by 2040 across Pennsylvania · New Jersey · Ohio · Louisiana.
OUR PROGRAMS
This is not a milestone. It is a movement. Every program we run, every partnership we build, every dollar we invest is a step toward a future where one million young people have the tools, confidence, and access to shape their own lives — and their communities.
The next 15 years start now.
OUR BOLD GOAL
Malcolm Jenkins
Built on Legacy.
Driven by Purpose.
OUR FOUNDER
Malcolm Jenkins is a Community Architect committed to designing institutions that create long-term access and opportunity for his community. Through strategic investment, advocacy, and entrepreneurship, he focuses on closing gaps in education, economic mobility, and justice. Jenkins believes communities thrive when they possess the resources, infrastructure, and agency to shape their own futures.
As Chairman and Founder of the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation and co-founder of the Players Coalition, he works to advance education access, economic opportunity, and justice reform. He founded The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation in 2010 with a belief that has guided every decision since: when you invest in young people — when you truly see them, hear them, and equip them — that is when change becomes generational.

STORIES OF IMPACT
What 15 Years Looks Like.
Impact lives in stories, not spreadsheets.
A student who didn't know how to open a bank account now has a budget, a savings plan, and a financial goal she's working toward — one she set herself.
CLOSING THE WEALTH GAPA young man who had never spoken in front of an audience stood at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and led a public tour — confident, prepared, and proud.
G.L.O.W. — PMA CULMINATIONA family walked away from a single Saturday with groceries for the week, a coat on their child's back, a health screening, and a job lead they didn't expect.
