DIVERSITY, EQUITY, ACCESS AND INCLUSION

The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation Diversity, Equity, Access and Inclusion (DEAI)policy embraces and is committed to building and nurturing a culture that includes programs and activities to effectuate positive change in the lives of youth, families and communities, especially youth living in vulnerable areas of our nation.  The policy and the tenets of the DEAI policy cascades from TMJF’s Board of Directors through every aspect of the organization, including everyone it touches along the way by ensuring all have access to the same opportunities regardless of ethnicity, age, faith, abilities, gender, culture, sexual orientation, or zip code and socio-economic status.

The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation not only embraces all people, but celebrates the unique perspective and experience of everyone affiliated with or benefitting from the mission of TMJF.  This includes donors, sponsors, advocates, volunteers, employees, Board members youth, and families we aspire to grow and nurture.  DEAI practices are at the center of our mission and daily work and are incorporated in our business practices, along with treating all with dignity and respect.
