Gwendolyn makes it her mission to extend her duties beyond guiding the administrative operations and management of the Foundation, investing a personal stake in each of its events and programs.

Gwendolyn V. Jenkins has more than 30 years of experience in public service, multi-faceted community relations initiatives and philanthropic programming. Currently, Gwendolyn serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation (TMJF), a 501(c)3 public charity founded in 2010 by her son, Malcolm Jenkins, retired NFL 2XM Super Bowl Champion, entrepreneur, media personality, executive producer, published author, social justice advocate and philanthropist. TMJF’s mission is to effectuate positive change in the lives of youth in underserved communities. She also serves as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at MALCOLM INC., leading philanthropic initiatives across Malcolm’s business portfolio.

Gwendolyn the Immediate Past President of the Professional Football Players Mothers Association, Inc. (PFPMA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves as a support system and network for the mothers of active and retired NFL players, with a mission to serve, support and strengthen communities through charitable giving. Prior to her servant leadership in the nonprofit sector, Gwendolyn spent 20+ years in public service as an honored New Jersey Superior Court Executive. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and is a certified Sports Philanthropy Leader from George Washington University. She is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach and Personal Life Coach, and has served as a guest lecturer for the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania. Gwendolyn currently serves on the Advisory Council of the American Cancer Society Diversity in Cancer Research Internship and Community Advisory Board for Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness (CYSEW) at Rutgers University. Her passion lies in driving transformational change in businesses and individuals.

Gwendolyn and her husband W. Lee Jenkins, Jr. are natives of New Jersey and are the proud parents of three sons; Malcolm, Martin, and Myles Jenkins and grandparents of five grandchildren.
